Had you tried home made vietnamese bi hun? It is great with a little sourly taste from the lime, spiciness from the chilli and the freshness from basil leaves.
Then pour hot chicken soup on it, just perfect to make a mouth watering dish.
The chili and lime, as a side =)

Then it is done ^^
Not too hard yet delicious dish :)
