| Super Happy with the mochi :D |
Went to Gardens to shop for a dress then came to this little booth selling mochi. It is made from Japanese glutinous rice with fillings in it. They have various fillings including sweet potatos, green tea, peach, sakura and others.
It is frozen and the recommended defrosting time is 20 minutes, however, I waited up to 30 minutes so that the skin become soft before eating it. It is certainly mouth watering. The skin is not too thick, as after the first bite, you would be able to taste the fillings in it. It is very chewy, giving it a perfect texture, with a little powdery feel and smell. To me, the best part is when you reached the middle of it, where there is some cream there. It is the best part, not just the taste, it smells equally good. By the way, the fillings would be cold, but it works perfectly with the soft skin of it.
What's better is it only costed RM3.50. It is certainly worth the price, when you get the melt-in-mouth flavour of it. However, if you get a set of 12 for RM40, which is cheaper. It is best to savour the flavor slowly and let it melt in your house.

| The attractive decorations XD |
What is a bonus is it's decoration. It will certainly attract you when it has lines of the mochi being displayed with different flavour. Then at the corner of it there is an old couple dolls used as decoration. The black stall at 2nd floor of the gardens which looks so much like a Japanese stall is certainly it.
